| Why Must I Fear Fridays? |
| As a movie fan, I take great pleasure in watching movies... In fact, insofar as things go I can enjoy really bad titles right up there with the best of the bunch, but I must question, Why is 'the industry' pumping out so much crap ? I can, on one hand, count all the good new movies I've seen this year. One of them is my new favorite movies EVER, and the rest are surely worth the 30 bucks the DVDs are gonna be. But what, in god's good name was Simon 'fucking' West thinking? He took Tomb Raider, starring Angelina Jolie and made a BAD FILM, mind you, a room full of retarded rocks could have directed Tomb Raider better, geeze. And, did you see Swordfish? Mind you, it was better than Pearl Harbor, but still.... geeze.... This rant is a hard one... I mean, I'm having trouble getting to the meat of it... I love movies. I love being entertained for 2 hours- be it by a werk of art, or trashcan fluff. I just wish I knew why the big studios want me to fear fridays...
