*Phone ring

I looked at the caller ID, and instantly it brings a smile to my face. "Hey, Brit."

"Hey, I hope I didn�t catch you at a bad time." She said quietly, but I can see her smiling.

"No, you didn�t. You read the article didn�t you?"

"Yeah, I can�t believe they are reporting this, must be a slow week huh?" This is one of the things I love about Britney, she is always able to find something to laugh about when this kind of thing happens.

"Yeah, but that doesn�t change the fact that Johnny is probably gonna give both of us a lecture."

"That�s true, well at least we are not going to go through it alone, Johnny just called, he wants to meet with both of us tomorrow at two."

"Ok, cool." I said.

"So, have you heard from Tonya yet?" I can hear the awkwardness in her voice.

"No, and I don�t think I will be anytime soon." I said quickly, I really don�t feel like talking about Tonya right now.

"Umm, I am guessing you really don�t want to talk about it."

"No. What are you doing right now?" I quickly changed the subject.

"Nothing, it is so boring here, what about you." I can�t help but laugh at the way she said it.

"Well, the guys are all out, so I am just as boring as you are. Hey I have an idea, why don�t you come here, and we can go swimming or something." I said as I thought of the days of MMC.

"Since we are already in trouble with Johnny, I don�t see why not, I�ll be there in fifteen minutes."

"See you soon," I whispered into the phone.

"Okay," Then I heard her hung up the phone, I also hung up the phone, and went to get ready.


Fifteen Minutes later�


I gave her a hug and a kiss on the cheek as she walks into the living room.

"Hey, I am taking that the guys haven�t come back since it is so quiet in here." She said with a laugh.

"No, they haven�t, and I don�t think they are going to any time soon. Do you want to go to the pool now?" I asked

"Just give me a minute to change,"

"You know where everything is, I�ll be in the back." I said as I left for the pool.

A little while later, Britney joined me. My jaw dropped when I saw her in her bathing suit.

"Hey, Timberlake, you never seen a girl in a bathing suit before?" She is very amused.

"Yes, I have, but I haven�t seen you in a bathing suit in a long time." I said as we both laughed.

"Well, we haven�t done this in a long time." She said as she splashed water at me.

"Oh, no you didn�t." I said as I splashed back.

We spent the next couple of hours in the pool, I can�t even remember the last time I had this much fun without Britney.

"You know, I am so glad that I came over today, I had so much fun," Britney said when we were having lunch.

"I am glad that you came too," I said, then I noticed our lips are only inches apart. I lean over to kiss her, and she met me half way. The kiss was slow and long, it was meaningful. When the kiss ended, both of us are breathless, before she could say anything, I kissed her again, she didn�t push me away, I guess that�s a good thing. I have never felt this way about anyone before, not any of my ex-girlfriends or Tonya. Suddenly I remembered Tonya and Reg, and I pulled away, she is very surprised by my action.

"Brit, we can�t," She is obviously confused, "Not with Tonya and Reg still in the picture." I gave her a peck on the lips before I completely pulled away.

"I know," she said quietly, "I don�t want to hurt either of them, but why does this keeps happening every time we see each other?"

"Maybe it is our hearts trying to tell us something." I said looking into her eyes.

"Maybe." She said before she kissed me again. I was shocked at first, but I didn�t pull away. Soon we started to making out, before we know it, it was already time for her to go.

"We�ll talk about this next time we see each other," she said as I walked her to the door. Before I could say anything, she gave me another passionate kiss, and left. I closed door and thought about what happened. The more I think about it, the happier I got, and I can�t wait to see her again. I am kind of glad that the guys were out today.


Normal POV


Justin and Britney have finally felt something they haven�t felt about anyone else in their life. They don�t know what it is yet, but before they can find out, someone has already taken a picture that will put them to the next test they have to face, are they going to face it together or separately is only for them to decide.
