Authors POV


Britney and Courtney were at the bridal shop in L.A. buying Britts wedding dresses. She could now never ever figure out what one she wanted. It was eaither beads or no beads. Lace or no lace. Sparkling or not. Britney didnt realy care if this was a great looking wedding or not. Mostly because she wasnt marrying the love of her life. And that was Justin. Justin also had the same feelings but had to hide them. He hated it when he had to do that. It made him ach inside and it hurt even more when he told...no ordered to diss Britney the love of his life just so the record company could get more money. He had a gut feeling that in the pit of his stomach,the record company had something to do with their breakup. For one thing they had said he'd cheated on her but that defiantly wasnt true. And she didnt cheat on him either. She had been with him all the time so there couldnt have been a way. But Jonny also told him whatever he was thinking about there break up wasnt true. He had told Justin she had to do it. She didnt wana ruin his dreams of doing what he loved best. Britney also had her dream but if the record company was going to ruin her career and his and the boys then she had no choice but to break up with him. She had packed a few days earlier leaving clothes for her the rest of the few days. She had sent them back on a plane to new orleans where her mother would pick them up. Of course she was against it but when she heard about they would destroy the boy's career as well she said do want you think is best. Britney didnt think it was right for them to bring the boys down with her. But she thought if she would've stayed with Justin they would've hated her for doing that to them. And of course they had told not to tell Justin any of this. So she didnt or she would loose her record deal and everything that her money bought. Justin of course never found out but he tried to get it from the guys. They knew. At first when they broke up they were cruel to Brittney untill she called JC up one day to tell him the truth.

Flashback

"Helo?"A sleepy JC asks into the phone

"JC it's me..." A tiny voice says at the other end of the phone

"Listen I to-"

"No let me explain everything..." Brittney said through sobs

"Fine you've got 30 seconds" He said angrilly and sitting down on his lazy boy. He heard a heavy sigh.

"Ok the record company threatend to take away yu guy's and my record deal. Jonny and Fe were against it but would they listen to them no...and then you had-Oh look my 30 seconds is up" SHe said taking the phone away from her ear

"No!" He practically yelled. She jumped when she heard him yell "Keep explaining...the record Co. had something to do with this?" JC asked shakily

"Yes" Brittney said in a tiny voice

"Keep going..." Jc said now wide awake

"Ok...so anyway I had packe up all my clothes and sent them to N.O. so my mother could pick them up. I decided I couldnt walk into that house after I had broken J's heart. Sooo I decided to just pack all of my things up...Then that night after I had sent all the stuff out Justin came home. I stood at the door waiting for him and when he walked in I knew I just would never be strong again but I had to do it. My dreams,you guy's dream...and so I broke up with him. I had never seen him so broken...I mean he broke down onto his knees holding onto my legs and I had to pry them off JC."

JC was now shocked at what the people at the record company had done. Brittney was now crying uncontrolably.

"Go on" JC urged her

"Ok and then I of course went to Kentwood as fast as I could. I mean I left J there all alone. I had to also tell him I was in love with Wade and it wasnt gona work between us anymore...JC I knew right there and then I was destined to be with him but I knew I coudlnt screw up all your dreams." Brittney said now crying harder

"Oh Brittney...I....never knew...." JC said now in shock

"You can tell the guys...but not J...he's so happy..." Right there he cut her off.

"No Brittney" He said firmly "He's miserable. I mean he's getting married in like 2 months and says he doesnt love her. He actually loves you Britt. Britt he loves you, And I know You dont love Collin" He said softly

SHe bit her bottom lip "No" She said weekly

"See I told ya. Some how some way Britt you're gona find each other again.And when you do your love will be stronger than anything...no matter what" He said into the other end. "I'll make sure I tell the guys"He said sighing

"Thanks ayce..." She said softly "Bye"

"bye Britt-bitts" he said into the phone

End of Flashback

After that phone call a week ago all the guys were extremly jumpy around Justin after what JC had told them.They had all called up brittney to tell her that they were sorry. They also said the same thing as JC about getting back together about a week after the phone call. The guys were all at Justin's house watching the Michigan vs. Ohio st game. Even though they didnt live in either state they watched it and both had there own favorite teams. Justins, Chris's, and Joey's was Michigan and JC, and Lances were Ohio...earlier Brittney would sit and watch the game with them and she liked Ohio too. But of course with her and Justin being apart she didnt want to do that.

"Joey whats going on with the record company and brittney? She's been realy weird around the executives and producers except Jonny and Fe. Guess he still has her under his wing huh?" Justin asked concernly

"Huh what? I don't know a single thin about your break up" Joey said fast

"nice cover dildo" Chris mumbled

"What?" Justin asked with a confused look on his face

"Oh your guess is as good as mine buddy" Joey replied

"How would you know you havent talked to her since the break up" Justin said laughing

"Nuh uh...I talked to her las-OW!" Joey screamed makinf Lance jump with the pop he was coming out with. Thank god he didnt spill it. Chris had just jamed into Joey's ribs

"When did you talk to her?" Justin asked eyeing one of his best friends

"Why should you care I mean you love Camereon....why should you worry about who I talk to?" Joey asked a little more harsh than he meant

"You mean suposedly love...dont you Joe?"Chris mumbled. He didnt mean for Justin hear it

"Why should you care about my love life? You let that slut get away with breaking my heart" Justin hissed

"Don't talk about stuff you don't know the whole truth to...and Britt's not a slut...why just the other day when we were talking she said you're the only man she's ever sl-CHANGE THE SUBJECT" JC said quickly

"WHAT?!YOU TALKED TO HER? AND WHAT DID THAT BITCH HAVE TO SAY HUH JAYCE?!" Justin screamed at all of them making a glass break

"WELL WE WOULD TELL YOU BUT WE DON'T THINK THAT YOU WOULD TAKE IT WELL. YOU'D PROBABLY KILL SOMEONE OR SOMETHING." Joey yelled back at him. "Now I don't about ya'll but I came here to watch football...so shut up"

"Tell me what?" Justin asked

"Now look what happened Joey" Chris said. Joey only grunted

"TELL ME NOW" Justin said sternly.

"We promised Brit-" Jc started to say

"NOW" Justin said firmly

"Fine fine fine" Jc said. They all told a part of the story so that one of them wouldnt crack down in front of Justin. By the end Justin had his newly curly head in his hands. "And thats why she broke up with you" JC said playing with his hands

"But she knew I would never put my career ahead of her" Justin said confused and mad at the same time. Not at Brittney but at the record company

"Thats why she did it. And also so we wouldnt have to give up our dreams...but we wouldve if it meant for our two bestest friends in the world to be together" JC said

"But....I loved her...and now I love her even more for doing that for us...you know...I mean I don't know how she did it without being weak in front of me but I am proud of her you know....I mean she put our benifits first..." Justin said saidly

"Yeah we know"Joey said sighing figuring he wasnt going to get to watch the game.

"Oh man...maybe I shoudl call her" Justin started to say but the guys cut him off at the same time

"NO!" they all yeled making lance throw the pop into the air making a loud crash.

"I mean she told us not to tell you."Joey said

"well you to-"

"Only because of what yuo were saying about her"JC cut him off

"I guess" Justin said sighing
