| Transportation:
The Garden State Parkway has two exits in Cranford (136 & 137) and that means easy access to the NJ Turnpike, Routes 1 and 9, 22, 24, 27, I-78 and I-280. In addition, Cranford is located 15 miles from New York City, and is only approx. 11 miles to Newark Liberty International Airport, and less than one hour's ride to Kennedy International Airport and the New Jersey Shore. The Raritan Valley Line offers train service to NYC (approx. a 40 minute train ride) and the station is within walking distance from the condo. New Jersey Transit provides bus service locally and to Newark and the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City. |

| Shopping: There are 4 shopping malls (The Menlo Park Mall, The Mall at Short Hills, Woodbridge Center and Bridgewater Commons) within 45-minutes from Cranford. For those who prefer the hometown atmosphere Cranford has a thriving downtown with clothing stores, gift shops, antique shops, jewelers, restaurants, pizza parlors, diners, cafes, and a movie theater. Victorian Street lamps, brick sidewalks, planters, pedestrian benches and a clock tower add to the charm. |

The Cranford Business Park is a complex of office buildings whose tenants range from major corporations to small businessess. | The Arts: For those interested in the arts, the CDC (Cranford Dramatic Club) Community Theatre is a 300-seat community theater that sponsors award-winning musicals and plays year-round. |

| Education: Cranford is served by the Cranford school district, as well as several private and charter schools in the area. The Cranford High School is ranked as one of the top 75 high schools in New Jersey and has won a series of national and statewide awards for its innovative curriculum. Union County College also has a Campus in Cranford on Springfield Avenue and classes are available for students seeking a degree or adults/seniors who want to take classes. |

| Parks and Recreation:
Cranford was known as the Venice of New Jersey at the turn of the previous century. Rent a canoe and enjoy both the scenery and the beautiful architectural details on the homes along the River (the river played such an important roll that the facades facing the riverfront were designed to be as extraordinary as the street side). The River is also a popular place to fish. Cranford has 415 acres of parkland. Nomahegan Park (located down the street from the condo) is 118 acres and has a 2-mile walking trail, playground equipment, a picnic area and baseball field. At different times of year there are craft shows, concerts and even fireworks in the park; in fact, the fireworks displays can be seen from several of the condo's windows. A 13.5-mile bike path which connects all major points of interest in town and has bike lockers at the train station, downtown, the schools, the library and various recreational facilities. A bike path runs through the township around Nomahegan Park. The path features exercise stations around its two-mile course. Cranford has three swimming pools; one is private and two are public. Cranford Swim Club is private and in addition to the diving area and slide there's a lap area, popular grill and a tennis club. Each public pool offers recreational activities in the summer. Orange Avenue Pool is outdoor only with a baby pool, playground, beach volleyball and tennis courts. Centennial Avenue Pool is outdoor/indoor with separate children's, general and diving pools. There are tennis courts, volleyball and fields, along with a playground and baby pool. The indoor pool is a lap pool, which is used by the high school swim team and the Jersey Gators Swim Team, along with use by the general membership. The indoor complex includes fitness rooms, basketball and a sauna. There are baseball, soccer and other playing fields throughout Cranford; many of these fields are located on school grounds. The Cranford Hockey Club offers ice skating and competitive ice hockey. Cranford's Recreation and Parks Dept. offers something for every age. Senior Citizens have fun with line dancing and arts and crafts, or trying to learn a thing or two at a home repairs class in the Community Center. Adults can stay in shape by participating in programs such as tai chi and basketball. Youth athletic programs include Baseball League, Girls' Softball League, Pop Warner Football, Police Athletic League and the Soccer Club. There is also a Teen Center.
