Most email addresses work and allow you to get the email that has your activation link, but hotmail doesn't always so it's best to use an email address like go.com, walla.com, yahoo.com, or gmail.com instead.

As for the offers, most are very easy to complete, just make sure you use the linked window they provide to complete the offer. All you have to do for most is sign up; it will tell you on the offer page what you need to do for each. You only have to complete 1, and your account will say congratulations once you are given credit. You have to sign up for a different offer for each item you want. Then just get 3 - 10 unique referrals, depending on item, to sign up and complete any of the offers using your referral link, as per the rules above and in the T & C.

Some of the easier offers only pop up at certain times during the day so check back frequently for those. Most will also require a credit card to signup with, but that is only because they will need to charge you if you use the service after the trial. Initially they will send a temp/hold charge to your credit card, but once they confirm you are using a proper credit card, the charge will disappear, charging you nothing. If you do not have a credit card, a pre-paid credit card from a store works just as well.

If you want to read reviews of each of the offers and their difficulty, etc., you can go to RateTheOffers. They survey others that have already gone through this process. I recommend using the Infone, PeoplePC, CompleteHome or Ancestry offer as I got instant credit for all, and none cost me anything. Netflix, Real Rhapsody, Trimlife and Blockbuster Online are also great as I have tried out those services before; the credit will just take a few days longer.
