| Bubbles is the soft hearted baby of the Powerpuff team. She is a bit of a cry baby sometimes and doesn't like to fight. Her plan of action would be to politely ask the monster that is destroying the city to stop. Bubbles has a few special techniques. She can talk many languages, which enables her to speak to animals, monsters, and people from around the world. She also has super-sonic screaming abilities. |
