| The Pokemon television show centers around a young boy named Ash Ketchum. Ash lives in a world with magical creatures called Pokemon. At the age of ten, children are allowed their Pokemon Licences so they can go out in the world and capture the magical pokemon. Along Ash's journey, he meets up with a short tempered girl named Misty, a lovesick boy named Brock, and a skilled Pokemon watcher named Tracey, not to mention all of the many friends they meet. They also come to meet some enemies, such as Jessie and James, the bungling Team Rocket members. Ash has adventures in the Indigo League in Kanto, The Orange League in the orange Islands, and the Johto League in Johto. Ash has fun doing what he likes most and learns lots of lessons along the way. |
