Riesling is the king of Alsatian wines and it “sits” in Sherwiller where its numerous “subjects” “take the oath to it every August.
Scherwiller looks so beautiful. I wish I could just follow those lovely little paths, or go mountain bike riding. After living in Germany for five years I would love to visit the small restaurants and bakeries, tasting the delicious traditional Alsatian “cuisine”
