The Real "Haters" In America

To those that are of a liberal mindset, this column will definitely misrepresented. The real hate-speech in America is not coming from the extreme right, but it is coming out the left. People like Jesse Jackson, US Senator Pat Leahy and others who claim to be mainstream. Their hate and intolerance is supposed to stomached by those of us who they attack. When we strike back we're labeled as hateful and intolerant. Anytime they don't agree with someone use words like "extreme" and "intolerant" to describe them. Foolish Americans sometimes buy into their lies. 

The latest victim in the ongoing demonization of thought is Linda Chavez. The Left wanted blood and were able to frighten enough people so her support eroded. She wasn't guilty of perjury, like Clinton is, they say she is guilty of not complying with the laws of immigration when she harbored a homeless woman who was being battered by her spouse. Normally, the feminist groups would cheer her actions, but they were deafeningly silent. Which lends credibility to the argument that her true crime is that she is conservative. Punished for the way she thinks.

The "haters" have now turned their sights on the Attorney General-designate, John Ashcroft. Those who know him (including Democrats) are saying that he is a man of upstanding character. He never forced his beliefs on his cohorts in the US Senate. But, this isn't stopping the Left's tyrannical, hate-spewing machine from attacking him. They are not attacking him for any other reason other than they don't like the way he thinks. The country cannot afford to have a conservative Christian in any form of power, but having a perjurer in the White House is fine, as long as he is liberal.

For most liberals, they think they are above such mundane actions. They could never be intolerant since they are enlightened and better than the rest of us. Their self-righteousness runs deep. To them, they are the mainstream and any opposing views are an impedance to the utopian lifestyle for which they yearn. No dissent will be tolerated. Even if this means stomping out religions and other groups that stand in the way their quest. They will guide us into the next level of societal evolution, which must be completed at all costs. 

The real crime that is being perpetrated is the ostracizing of someone's beliefs. You can be labeled an extremist just because your beliefs aren't accepted by the elite. This is a dangerous situation to be in. It is what happened to the Jews in Germany before the 'Final Solution' was put into motion. Make the general population afraid of your opponents and you will be free do whatever evil deeds you wish. Just what are the goals of the Left? Why do they want everyone to fear conservatism? When people blindly follow their leaders, they usually walk off a cliff.
