APRS (Automatic Packet Reporting System) is a neat application that marries GPS (Global Positioning System) technology with good old VHF Ham Radio. In a nutshell, I broadcast my GPS latitude/longitude position every minute or so, and any amateur land station....or satellite....that can hear me reports my position to a central web server.
So check out where I am/where I've been lately:
|
