These are just a few inspirations that i came up with
Laughter is a way of thanking God for giving you something to laugh about
How to love a Black Woman
The first thing you must understand
There's no easy way to love a black woman
You've got to figure her out; learn what she's about
And know she's someone you can't live without
Then kill her with kindness; shower her with sweetness

It's hard for her to give herself to you
So be appreciative of the little things she tries to do
Let her know she can confide in you
And in return she wont hide things from you
So be supportive; be her friend not her foe
When she makes a mistake don't say i told you so

Be understanding not demanding, let her unwind
She faces a world of rain, so be her sunshine
Don't get too cozy in the comfort zone
You'll take her for granted and end up being alone

Keep love exciting and new; go the extra mile
Keep finding new ways to make her smile
Remember to be sexy because without a doubt
She wants to be proud when she takes you out
Don't let yourself go don't forget about you
Love yourself and she will love you too

Don't smother the woman let her breathe
The tighter you hold on, the faster she will leave
And when you love her, LOVE her all the way down
Don't be afraid to explore her pound for pound
If you don't give her what she needs to feel
I guarantee you someone else will

Be honest,
Be patient
and demand respect
And a wonderful black woman is what you will get
Show her your pride
Stand by her side
Let God be her guide
and LOVE WILL ABIDE

A Poem 4 U

Never say i love you
If you dont really care
Never talk of feelings
If they aren't really there
Never hold my hand
If you mean to break my heart
Never say forever
If you plan to part
Never look into my eyes
If you are telling me a lie
Never say hello
If you think you'll say goodbye
Never say that i am the one
If you dream of more than me
Never lock up my heart
If you mean to throw away the key
LORD WHY DID YOU MAKE ME BLACK
    A WOMAN'S PRAYER
Now i lay me down to sleep
I pray for a man who is not a creep

One who's handsome smart and strong
And will never do me wrong

One who thinks before he speaks
One whose promises he keeps

Who pulls out my chair and opens my door
Carries my things and begs to do more

I pray that this man loves me no end
And never attempts to hit on my friends

And as i kneel and pray by my bed
I look at the shit head you sent me instead!!!!

Amen
Lord... Lord... Why did you make me black?
Why did you make someone the world would hold back?
Black is the colour of dirty clothes, of grimy hands and feet
Black is the colour of darkness, of tired beaten streets

Why did you give me thick lips, a broad nose and kinky hair?
Why did you create someone who creates the hatred stare?
Black is the colour of the bruised eye when someone gets hurt
Black is the colour of darkness, the colour of dirt
Why is my bone structure so thick, my bones and cheek so high?
Why are my eyes brown and not the colour of the sky?
Why do people think i'm useless?
How come i feel so used?
Why do people see my skin and feel so abused?
Lord i just don't understand......
Why is it about my skin?
Why is it some people hate me and not want to know the person within
Black is what people are 'Labeled' when others want to keep them away
Black is the color of the shadows cast...
Black is the end of the day
Lord you know my own people mistreat me and you know that aint right
They don't like my hair, they don't like my skin
They say i'm too dark or too light!!
Lord, don't you think its a time to change?
Why don't you redo creation and make everyone the same?

God's Reply

Why did you make you black? Why did i make you me black?
I made you from the color of coal from which beautiful diamonds are formed
I made you from the color of oil, the black gold  which keeps people warm
Your color is the same as the dark soil that grows the food you need...
Your color is the same as the black stallion and panther,
Oh what majestic creatures indeed
All colors of the heavenly rainbow can be found throughout every nation
When all these colours are blended you become my greatest creation
Your hair is the texture of lamb's wool what a beautiful creature is he
I am the shepherd who watches them, i will ALWAYS watch over thee
You are the color of the midnight sky, i put a glitter in your eyes
There is a beautiful smile hidden behind your pain
That's why your cheeks are so high!!
You are the color of the dark clouds from the hurricanes i create in September
I made your lips so full and thick so when you kiss...... they will remember
Your stature is strong, your bone structure thick to withstand the burden of time
The reflection you see in the mirror, that image that looks back, that is MINE
So get off your knees and look in the mirror and tell me what you see?
I didnt make you in the image of darkness, I made you in the image of ME
Top ten reasons for making love
1. Scientists find that when women make love, they produce double amounts of the hormone estrogen, which makes hair shiny and skin smooth.
2. Gentle, relaxed lovemaking reduces your chances of suffering dermattis, skin rashes and blemishes. The sweat produced cleanses and makes your skin glow.
3. Lovemaking can burn off those calories you piled on during that romantic dinner
4. Making love is one of the safest sports you can take up. It stretches and tones up just about every muscle in the body. It is more enjoyable than swimming 20 laps and you don't need special sneakers to do it.
5. Making love is an instant cure for mild depression. It relaxes the body endorphins into the bloodstream, producing a sense of euphoria and leaving you with a feeling of well-being.
6. The more love you make, the more you will be offered. The sexually active body gives off greater quantities of chemicals called pherimones. These subtle sex perfumes drives the opposite sex crazy!
7. Making love is the safest tranquilizer in the world. It is ten times more effective than Valium.
8. Kissing each day will keep the dentist away. Kissing encourages saliva to wash food from your teeth and lowers the level of the acid that causes decay causing plaque build-up.
9. Sex actually relieves headaches. A lovemaking session can release the tension that restrict blood vessels in the brain
10. A lot of lovemaking can unblock a stuffy nose. Making love is a natural antihistamine. It can help combat asthma and hay fever.

Now wha more yuh want? time to get it on

I'm Sorry...
For all the mean things I might have said.

I'm Sorry...
For all the things I did or didn't do.

I'm Sorry...
If I ever ignored you.

I'm Sorry...
If I ever made you feel bad or put you down.

I'm Sorry...
If I ever thought I was bigger or better than you.

I Luv You...
Don't ever forget that! Through bad times and good,
I'll always be here for you.

I am Sorry...
For everything wrong I've ever done.

I'm writing this because what if tomorrow never comes?

What if you never get to say good-bye or give a BIG hug to the people you care about?

What if you never get to say I'm sorry or I love  you?

Because what if tomorrow never comes?
I  LUV  YOU!

FRIENDS ALWAYS!!!
carry her
I'm Sorry
My Family
Suppose one morning you never wake up.
Do all your friends know you love them?
I was thinking...I could die today,
tomorrow or next week and I wondered
If I had any wounds needing to be healed,
friendships that needed to be rekindled or
three words needing to be said. Sometimes
"I love You" can heal & bless.
Let every one of your friends know you love them.
Even if you think they don't love you back.
You would be amazed at what those three
little words and a smile can do.
Just in case I die tomorrow....I LOVE YA!!!
I am thankful I can walk
there are those who have never taken their first step.
I am thankful I can see the beauty all around me
there are those whose world is always dark.
I am thankful I can hear music playing;
there are those who entire life has been spent in silence.
I am thankful my heart can be broken;
there are those who are so hardened they cannot be touched.
I am thankful I can move about freely and express my beliefs;
there are those who live in constant fear.
I am thankful I have been loved;
there are those for whom no one has ever cared.
I am thankful I can work;
there are those who have to depend on others for even their most basic needs.
I am thankful to wake up in the morning and take a deep breath of fresh air;
there are those who never got that far.
There are those who have not been so abundantly blessed as I.
I am thankful for the opportunity to help others
I am Thankful
To everyone who lost someone in the Sept 11 bombing I will always keep a memorial up just for you
