Materials:
Small amount of Lustersheen
Small hair elastic band
Size E crochet hook
Round 1: Join yarn with a sl st to the elastic band, ch 1, 30 sc around band. Join with a sl st to the firt sc.
Round 2: Ch 3, dc in same st as joining, 2 dc in ea st around. Join with sl st to top of ch 3.
Round 3: Ch 4, dc in same st as joining, *skip nx dc, (dc, ch 1, dc) in nx dc. Repeat from * around. Join with sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch4.
Round 4: sl st to first ch 1 sp. Ch 2, 2 hdc in same sp. * Ch 3, 3 hdc in nx ch 1 sp. Repeat from * around. Join with sl st in first ch 2. Fasten off. Weave in end.
