This is a simple sachet pattern. It's petit, so it only holds a small amount of fragrance; perfect for the car, or in dresser drawers. Also it's very simple, so if done in the right colors it could even be an appropriate "manly" gift. |

Materials: Small amount of WW yarn gauzy cloth and a small rubber band wax fragrance beads -OR- one cedar ball pony bead crochet hook size H, or size needed to obtain gauge tapestry needle Gauge: one granny daughter = 1 and a half inches |

|
chain 5, slip st to first chain to form a loop chain 3 (counts as dc), 2 dc in loop, (2 ch, 3 dc in loop) 3 times, 2 ch, sl st to 3rd ch of ch 3, finish off |

whip stitch edges of the motifs together to form a cube, but leave one edge un-stitched
make a loop of yarn with a pony bead tied to the end, thread the loop through a corner of the cube so that the pony bead is trapped in place on the inside (make sure the open "mouth" is not pointing down)
slip a small amount of fragrance wrapped in gauze into the cube

slip in a cedar ball |
