Before felting and After

This was my first attempt at a felted project. This pattern can be found in the FCEC Magazine that came out Summer of 2005. It was really nothing more than a bunch of SC's and then really cute handles. Since I could not find 100% wool yarn I used Lion Brand's Landscapes yarn which is 50/50 and said it would felt. The yarn was rather pricey and since it was bulkier than regular yarn it took about 15 skeins to finish this project. This doesn't felt like 100% wool but it does felt and it looks neat. I really like the way it turned out and am excited to try something with 100% wool next time!
