While goofing around making scrunchies, I came up with this design which I think turned out quite nicely! It's easy to make and can be used with any color combo. This is my original pattern. Materials: Small amount of 100% Cotton 4 ply WW Yarn (I used Sugar N Cream)
Hook: Size G
Goody rubberband
Special Stitch: TR Cluster:
YO twice, insert hook in specified stitch, pull up a loop, YO pull through 2 loops on hook, YO pull through next 2 loops on hook, YO twice, pull up a loop in same stitch, YO pull through next 2 loops on hook, YO pull through next 2 loops on hook, YO twice, pull up a loop in same stitch, YO pull through next 2 loops on hook, YO pull through next 2 loops on hook, YO and pull through all 4 loops remaining on hook. Treble Cluster Made.
Join yarn with a Slip Stitch to rubberband. CH 1, 40 SC's around ring. Join. Do not turn.
CH 4, YO hook twice, Insert in next SC, pull up a loop, YO pull through 2 loops on hook, YO pull through 2 loops on hook, YO twice and insert in same SC, pull up a loop, YO pull through 2 loops on hook, YO pull through 2 loops on hook, YO twice and insert in same SC, pull up a loop, YO, pull through 2 loops on hook, YO pull through 2 loops on hook, YO and pull through ALL loops on hook. TR Cluster in next SC and in each SC around. Join with a Slip Stitch to top of CH 4 of beginning TR. Fasten off and weave in ends.
