This one I made just because! I had some Red Heart Kids ww yarn left over after making a hat and scarf and decided it would make a pretty purse. It did not take much yarn at all! The skein was only like 5 ounces anyway and I had already made the child's sized scarf and hat so you really don't need much yarn.
I took the pattern from this PDA Cash and modified it by adding more chains at the beginning and working it til I had the desired length. I also modified the flap by not decreasing.
