This pattern can be found in Simply Creative Crochet. It's titled "Sunstruck Poncho". I made this with Caron's Simply Soft in White, Light Pink and Watermelon. It took about 2 weeks to finish working on it off and on. If you plan on making one, I highly suggest changing the last row of the Flower square to DC's instead of SC's. I made mine as the pattern suggested but the Flower squares were much smaller than the regular ones which made it a pain to stitch together.
