Along with a heart shaped doily and a big red foamie heart, I used just die cut hearts to make this with a little heart embellishment in the center of the purple heart. |

I started with a thin strip of cardboard covered with red ribbon. I then made each heart of heart doilies, (A great invention), then silver hearts that I found at the craft store. I put a shiny red sticker in the middle of those, and, though it is hard to see, a red felt heart. |

The Valentine was made by layering a gold heart shaped doily on top of a red one, with the middle heart cut out. A small heart sticker was placed in the middle and ribbon on each side. |
