Tactician - Bonus if army/navy group is acting independently.
Resolute - Higher casualty tolerance.
Charismatic Bonus to morale.
Butcher - More civilian casualties, more fear.
Great Warrior The heros individual combat skills are so great that they
provide a bonus.
Experienced - Trait can be earned after hero has participated in at least
three engagements. Provides experience bonus to troops.
