October 4, 2009 - "Larry Hooper Memorial DOG" and business meeting at the Barber's at the Barber's in Avon Park - if you don't know how to get there, contact me and I will send you a map.
November 22, 2009 - "Holiday DOG" at Mary Holland Park in Bartow.
January 17, 2010 - "Cold Weather DOG" at Lake Kissimmee State Park.
March 21, 2010 - "Spring DOG" at Walk-in-the- Water Preserve outside Babson Park.
Note: this is a primitive site, bring your own water - also a rain fly or pop-up shelter might be helpful.
May 16, 2010 - "Hot DOG" - End of Season - location to be determined.
Remember, we usually don't have DOGs during our Florida steam bath that we call summer. We know all too well that in the summer all we have to do is load our Dutch ovens and put them out in the sun to cook - we just have to remember to reduce the cooking time.
