To those who know her closely she is an invaluable asset. Originally an outcast dwelling in isolation in the core of Alpha galaxy, she met a lone traveler named KEK that introduced her to a larger and more dangerous universe.
Ophelia has always been committed to the happiness of her citizens, though she cannot seem to get past her own angst and possible insanity. She often spends unusually long amounts of time alone in her chamber. Since her rule appears to be exemplary noone is expressing any official concern.
Ophelia seems to be falling into the role of a �Resource Queen�. She directly oversees the running of her trade stations. Since the stations are becoming so successful she has directed the long term planning comity to work with the Natalyan Mining Corp. in order to devise the plans for a massive center of commerce in the Alpha Core.
