Small Vessel Classifiation Guide-
(F) - Typical medium all-purpose fighter
(FB) - Fighter designed to perform a bomber's mission yet still retaining serious ships to ship capability. These fighters tend to be slower, more manueverable, and extremely heavily armored.
(FX or I) - FX and I Types are Interceptors designed to take down enemy fighters. they retain the manueverability of the FB serious but sarafice firepower and armor to attaine muh higher top speeds. FX designates a design with more armor and less firepower, I designates Higher firepower and lower armor.
(B) -Bomber. clear and simple.
(LB) - light bomber. cheap
(CGB) - Crimson Gunboat. A hold over ship class from Ancient Times. Highly illegal in many areas of the universe, these small craft carry the manuevability and speed of a high tech fighter and the armament of a small corvette or troop transport.
(CGB-NR) CGB that requires minimal supplies to build and maintain
(TT) Troop Transport, boarding vessle

HA - Heavy Armor, extraordinarily heavy armor
Capital Class Ship and Warship Classification Guide:
(CVT) - Corvette. Support Vessle, excellent Anti-Capship vessels in swarms
(DD) - Destroyer. Corvette Leader by nature. Large number of cannons
(BB) - Battleship. Space Superiority Vessel. designed to Command Large Fleets in offensive attacks.
(SST) - Space Station. Typically a commerce operation. Sometimes used as defense outposts.
(COM) - C^3I Platform. Used to scan and deny entry to systems to unauthorized vessels. The Defensive version of a Battle ship but specialized enough to need it's own hull designation.
(TITANS) Transport Interstellar Titan Assault N-Drive Sphere. Giant assault moons that carry thousands of small craft and small capital warships. N-space travel capable
({CVT/DD/BB/SST/COM/TITANS}-D) - Defense Barge Version. No interplanetary travel ability, can only makeit to orbit and return. Traded range for more armor and better guns.
Custom Capship Types May Have Actually Unique names if contracted independently by a corporation, government, or private interest.

Ancient Banned Knowlege:
FB-81 - The heaviest and most heavily armed fighter ever made by DukeTECH industries before certain technologies were banned due to arms reduction treaties. Best battle record of any fighter produced in it's era killing almost 35000 smaller fighters with a squad of 5000 taking almost no losses. This fighter alone was responsible for the sucessful defense of Nex xanaphia after it was liberated.
FX-81 - In the days before the first fighter technology limitation treaty which limited performance specs of new designs this was the king of all interceptors, raining death on lesser equiped armies.
F*-81 series was designed partially based on stolen and reverse engineered technlogy from the now defunct Magical Mystery Men.
