A project of a powerful neutral system in the core of Alpha Galaxy
A neutral system will be declared near the exact center of Alpha Core, outside of any factions territory. This is a private project exclusively being carried out by the Natalyan Government, and is not affiliated with any faction or empire due to the potentially sensitive nature of a neutral system.
Details will be made public as soon as the system is properly setup. (Some time in late 2473 or early 2474)
Some details are already final...
-The system will have it�s own security force for the purpose of enforcing neutrality.
-Large warfleets (other than Natalyan) will only be allowed to be in the system for short periods of time, and will have their settings determined by the Governor of the system.
-The primary purpose of the system will be to provide large quantities of resources to freighters and transports. The Natalyans will welcome contracts with OilMart and other resource companies.
-The secondary purpose of the system will be to provide sanctuary and accommodations for fleets and crews.
Some undecided key issues...
-The allowance of Non-Natalyan colonies (perhaps Lost rulers only)
It is the hope of the Natalyans that all factions can see that they are being respected and catered to in this one system, and that everyone will return the favor by respecting the system�s neutrality.
Any surrounding Lost colonies will greatly benefit from this system.
