Arrive at Childrens Home at 1:00, begin carnival at 2:00, end at 4:00 to 4:30
2:00 to 3:00 Booths & Stations and Sports are going on, 3:00 to 4:00 Field Competitions
80+ Kids aged 5 to 20 years old
80% teenagers
1:00 early arrivals (lol yea right!!!)
1:30 be at the childrens home
2:00 carnival starts with booths & stations, Sports
3:00 carnival changes to Field Competitions, 1st time block
3:10 2nd time block starts
3:20 3rd time block starts
3:30 4th time block starts
3:40 Tug-of-War starts
4:00 Carnival ends, clean up

Field Competitions
There is one hour allotted for Field Competitions. Kids will have four time slots available to compete/play in a field competition of their choice. Each time frame will be approximately ten minutes long, allowing 20 minutes for the final competition, a huge tug-of-war game. This will allow each kid to participate in four events of their choice and the tug-of-war. The events are as listed:
Lost Shoe Race - Jessica S,Katie W
Three-Legged Race - Katie Par,Rebekah
Water Balloon Toss - Paige L,Reenie M
Potato Sack Race - Mika L,Rishi M
Pie Eating Contest - Katie Por,Lindsay T
Tug-of-War(last event) - Sawyer H,Tiffany S
Field competitions can be played a number of ways, such as pairing groups up by young, teenage, and older. It would be fun on some of the events(ex. 3 legged race) to pair up older kids with the really young ones. If some kids dont want to compete, then they can just watch and cheer.
