C & R Training is a collaborative partnership between Jeff Case and Troy Robinson.
Jeff Case is certified as a Law Enforcement Handgun / Shotgun Instructor through the National Rifle Association (2003) and a Firearms Instructor with the Kansas Department of Corrections (2006). He maintains certifications as an Armourer with both Remington and Sturm, Ruger & Company. Working as a special security and transportation officer, Jeff has considerable experience with the carry of firearms throughout the United States.
Troy Robinson maintains certifications as a Protections Specialist, Investigative Specialist, and Protection Officer with extensive training in Defensive Handguns for Security Agents. Troy is certified as a Police Firearms Instructor from both the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center (1991) and the National Rifle Association (1992) and Tactical Rifle Instructor from the Kansas Department of Corrections (2005), where he serves as a Master Firearms Instructor.
