2. All entries will be reveiwed as they are submited! The titles will be given at the end of the same month that each entry was received.
3. Coventry Queens USA and the director, Kelley Gray, is not responsable for any damage that may occur durning transfer through the mail! Coventry Queens USA will insure each package sent through the mail..so if damage does occur and proof is given...then proper action will occur.
4. Each State Application Fee is $50.00
5. There is 11 age divisoin titles to be given per state.
6. This is a non-profit contest! All fees for entry/aplication goes into the prizes/awards for each title awarded and the postage of the packages!!
7. Contest will run from Febuary 1st - December 31st of each year.
8. Contest will be closed durning January for scores to be recorded and remaining prizes to be given.....and for advertisement of the winners and Pageant.
9. Contest will reopen on Feb 1, of each year!
10. If not enough entries to fill all titles to be given....then those titles will go with out being given.
11. Coventry Queens USA accepts money orders, cashiers checks, visa or mastercards, PAYPAL and Personal Check.
12. If contestant is paying by personal check....the prize package will be held till check clears.
13. There is a $25 fee for NSF or bad check plus the amount of the check!
14. If check is bad you will be notified and given suffiecent time allowance to correct the problem. If still not corrected....legal action will take place to collect the debt!!
