HEAD COACH/ALTERNATES LIST

 

Each Franchise shall designate the Head Coach and two alternates to serve as Franchise

 

delegates for the monthly League meetings.  These designees will be solely responsible

 

for casting the votes for their respective teams on any issues that are brought up at the

 

monthly meeting.

If for any reason any of the three named individuals on this form cannot attend a monthly

 

meeting, it is the responsibility of the Franchise’s Head Coach to inform a League Officer

 

in advance of that meeting who will be attending to represent that Franchise.
