Any Franchise wishing to gain membership within the Central Pennsylvania Youth Football League, will be subject to a probationary period of 2 years.  Once the Franchise has completed the 2-year probationary period and its acceptance is passed by a 2/3 vote of the League’s Executive Board, the Franchise will be granted full membership status in the Central Pennsylvania Youth Football League.

 

Please note that there is a $300 registration fee for a New Franchise on top of any League dues for that upcoming season.  This is a one-time fee.
