I enjoyed this quite a lot. I'm thinking I'm going to like David Tennant as the Doctor very much; still not on the same line as how much I enjoyed McGann immediately, but he's still much more enjoyable than Eccleston for me. I really enjoyed the Sycorax. The story would have been rated higher but for a few things... it took too long to get the Doctor involved in the story, the lead-in to the Torchwood TV series was stupid (as I'm sure the show will be), and I have had more than enough of the Cardiff-ghetto/apartment block-domestic-Mickey and Jackie-Coronation Street crap.

The good: David Tennant, the Sycorax, the trailer for Season 2

The bad: Torchwood nonsense, Rose's old life (Jackie, Mickey, Coronation street-style junk), not enough Doctor
