God Loves Us

When it don't seem like it.
Have you ever had one of those days when you think that God has just abandoned you, In my human thinking I know that I have plenty of times and that is why I decided to write this. Here so recently I have had challenges that to me seemed overwhelming and I have very devoted christian friends that have indicated likewise, What could be worse than to discover as my wife most recently did that she has come down with diabetes and high cholesteral? What could be worse for a devoted man of God to be thrown out by his wife after 7 years of marriage and 2 kids he is totally devoted to? Why do these things happen to christians? Doesn't God love us anymore? And doesn' he hear our cry for help? The good news is that yes he does hear our cries and that yes he does still love us, So why? Well friends God never promised us a bed of roses or a walk through the park but he did promise that he would be with us through lifes storms and there is no denying friends that sometimes when we find ourself in a bind it is we who put ourselves there and then there are times that life just dealt us a bad hand so to speak, either way God doesn't want you in that predicament he wants to deliver you, me and anyone else I may mention even though while going through the storm God does teach us and if it weren't for lifes lessons and I include myself here, I may never have grown, So appropriate then is Romans 8:28, All things work together for good to those who love God to those who are called according to his purpose. So remember first and foremost to learn from the time of life you are in and the challenges that are facing you and awaiting you, if they are a result of a mistake or bad choice remember not to make the same bad choice in the future. Lastly and this is the most important, without faith it is impossible to please God, and your faith is the only thing that is going to get your prayers answered, When we ask God for something, we must believe beyond a doubt that he is going to answer our prayers. He will I promise perhaps not in the manner you had hoped but he will answer it in your best interest. In closing God does not want us sad or to suffer but he does want us to learn, get strong and have faith in him. If you don't know him, You have no hope, So if you are reading this today and have not truly accepted Jesus as your personal saviour I invite you to do so now, If you die without him friends that is total hoplessness forever in Hell where the smote of your torment will accendeth up forever. God don't want that for you either, So learn grow and continue to believe. He loves you and if you don't faint God WILL see you through.
