It is a 70 pound bag that is leather has a medium hardness to it, at first it will appear very hard and hurt your hands if you try to punch it straight up.So instead I advise you to use the gloves and wraps that it comes with and hit the crap out of it for awhile untill you start to soften up the stuffing thats inside of the bag. Then you can start punching and kicking it anyway you like, it is a very tough bag and will teach you how to punch and kick way harder then normal. At 70 pounds if you can punch it and make it sway then the person's head you hit if you ever get in a fight will be in for a rude awakening! Very durable. Must have in your garage if you want to train to be stronger. |
