The Ultimate Business Success Tool - Service

What is the focus of your business? Actually deep down, what does your business really accomplish?

If you look closely at any successful business, you'll find that it's main objective is service to others. In some way, whether by product, service, or opportunity, any business that continually attracts customers does so by helping the customer fill a need.

So much of the Internet and network marketing seems to focus on profits, cash, wealth, and the BIG score! Sure, that's everyone's dream, but it will NEVER meet reality if what you sell is not in someway helping others to reach their dreams as well.

Think about what you are looking for when you visit someone's web site. The underlying question in your mind is always, "How can this help me?" If there isn't anything of interest for you there, you leave, right?

It's the same with others. You have to orient your business to helping your customers. Show what you have to offer in a manner that suggests what THEY will gain from it. Everyone is willing to pay and allow you to make a reasonable profit from your work, just so long as they are gaining by it as well.

Serving others is a great business anyway. In serving others, you inevitably help yourself better than if you were to go about business with only selfish interests. In thinking of your customers first, you develop better products and more reliable service. This, by means of creating a good reputation for yourself, enhances your business by building customer loyalty, and gaining new customers through personal recommendation from your existing customers.

People will want to do business through you or with you because you are what they need. Remember that.

All businesses are in some capacity serving people. Increasing or improving how well you serve those people is the best way to create more business for yourself and achieve both financial AND personal success.

It may sound strange, but by putting others first, you are the one that will come out a winner.

I Think I've Got It!...Now What?

You've got a fantastic Business Opportunity right in front of you but what are you doing about it? Will you grab it by the horns and hold on till the whistle blows or will you fall off as soon as the chute opens?

If you truly believe in your Business Venture, you WILL succeed. The problem is, most expect it overnight or after placing one measly classified ad somewhere. One of several important key factors is repetition. I said repetition. Did I say repetition? Ok, I thought so.

Let's begin by examining the basics of any program or Business Opportunity you are promoting. Did you happen to find out who owns this Business and contact them directly? Don't tell me you took another Marketer's word as the only credible source! If you were referred to this Business through a referral link, DO keep that referral link but check the background information. Make sure you can find a contact address, email address and phone number.

Assuming you found the necessary information to contact the owner of the Business, don't hesitate to ask questions! Check your response. Did they answer all of your questions? Were they prompt, courteous and thorough? And, most importantly, are you satisfied and comfortable with the results of your inquiry?

Now let's get down to the nitty gritty! Begin your promotional campaign. Start with the classified ad. Take your time and repeat the ad to yourself a few times. Remember, if you are not impressed, neither is anyone else!

Make sure that the headline grabs your attention. Often beginning your ad with a question is effective. Here is an example a poor, "quick" ad headline:

"MAKE $12,000 IN ONE MONTH!!!!!!"

Now what's wrong with that ad? For one thing, I look at that and say...ya right! Secondly, why are you yelling at me? Finally, did you make that money and can you prove it? Chances are pretty good I am not going to inquire because "I AM NOT REALLY INTO ALL OF YOUR HYPE!!!!!!!" Here is the same ad re-written:

"Would YOU Like to Know HOW I Just Earned $12,000?"

or

"Can I SHOW you PROOF of my $12,000/mo. Income?"

See the difference? Your headline can either make you or break you.

Now that you have the Business Opportunity, the resources to back it up, the targeted audience, and the perfect classified ad, where are you going to market this wonderful and exciting campaign?

Begin advertising with the publication you are reading this article in. Track the effectiveness of your ad for a week or two. Re-submit that same ad again. If it is drawing some attention, you are on the right track! Now you are ready to take that ad campaign and further extend your promotion by finding more publications like this one.
