Yo Nick! Wassup man! I haven't seen you for ages! How you been? How'd happen, man? How did you get this whole spontaneous trip? Last thing I remember was when I was in Berkley, you called from about 100 miles away. You said you were biking to my university! 100 miles away, dude! How crazy was that?! You're lucky that I drove and picked you up half-way. We were up Northern Pennsylvania, and I've never seen you so lively man. Then suddenly, a few weeks later, you shipped right off to Africa, to Uganda. John told me that you were trying to build a communications Tower there, to spread knowledge, so all the kids there would have a better chance. Then, you'd come back to Penn after a while, tan as hell and 20 pounds lighter, with the same rags you wore when you left. Stories have it that you would give your clothes, and hell, EVERYTHING to the locals. You did it twice, dude. Do you remember what you left on my answering machine? "Luke, I just had this idea. I wanted to run it by you, but I don't have a lot of time. I've gotta go check out some Roman mythology." Freakin, a week later, I hear that you started "Prometheus Methods Tower Service Inc". Nick, you can't go around doing crazy shit like that. I mean, this is the real world! You can't go around helping poor kids in Africa personally! That's what Red Cross is for! You're smarter than me in Physics and Math, why are you going around chasing a absurd dream? I worry about you buddy, and I hope you know what you're doing. ~Lorenz September 2002
