Bloodborne Pathogens

The bloodborne pathogens program is designed to give people a comprehensive review of the standards and practices commonly use by people who have been identified to have a risk of exposure to human blood or other potentially infectious materials specific to humans.

This course will cover the following issues
Introduction to bloodborne pathogens.
Common pathogens that humans can be exposed too.
Who is at risk?
Standard universal precautions, and how and when to properly implement them at your home or work place.
What to do if an exposure does occur?
