Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry		 The Cypress Point North Neighborhood Watch program is a joint effort of the residents of Cypress Point North, the Virginia Beach Crime Prevention Steering Committee, and the Police Department.  It is designed to enhance neighborhood security, heighten the community�s power of observation, and to encourage mutual assistance and concern among neighbors.

Success of the Neighborhood Watch depends on each resident taking an active role in both security improvement and observation.  Please make sure your Cypress Point North home is registered and that you are participating in the Neighborhood Watch. 

The program costs residents nothing, but it takes a little effort from everyone to make it work.
