| Police Dep't to Meet Cypress Point North Residents All residents encouraged to attend organizational meeting Crime Prevention Officer Tony Ortiz will be present on behalf of the Virginia Beach Police Dep�t to inform us of things we can do to protect our property and loved ones from crime in the neighborhood. Date: January 21, 2004 Time: 7:00 pm Location: Boy Scouts of America, 1032 Heatherwood Drive. There are no fees or dues for the Neighborhood Watch. We survive only the efforts of the good citizens in the neighborhood each volunteering a little time to make the neighborhood more safe and secure. Please attend the meeting to show your support for the program. |

| Par Five Bar Seeks License to Operate �After Hours�
Cypress Point North residents oppose ABC application The Par Five Bar & Grill, located off Wesleyan Drive next to the Cypress Point Plaza shopping center, has been linked to two deaths in the last few months. Now, Par Five is applying for a new liquor license which would allow it to operate as an after-hours club. A public hearing is scheduled for January 20, 2004 at 1:00 pm at 4907 Mercury Boulevard in Hampton. Residents are encouraged to attend in opposition to the Par Five�s application.
