19 Wing Transport
Some of the other vehicles you'll find us
driving.
This is one of our new HLVW 10 ton trucks being used to unload supplies, most likely in Bosnia with the Canadian Nato Force.

This is identical to our old Deuce or 2 1/2 ton, except we didn't paint them tan.

This is an old Standard Military Pattern tractor trailer.

Some of us have been lucky enough to have qualified on the BV-206 all terrain troop carrier.

The ILTIS replaced the Jeep YJ. This one is being used on a UN patrol in Cyprus.

There might be a trucker or two left who have driven this vintage ambulance in the course of their time in the field.

If a driver spends any amount of time in Heavy Equipment, he'll operate a back hoe like this one.

Heavy Equipment operators even get the chance now and then to steal a bobcat from AEF or Roads and Grounds and brush up on their skills so they can be used like these guys in Italy, helping out after the mudslides.

We all have taken our turn behind the forks on forklifts like this one being used at a UN post.

Of course the snow clashes with the green in this typical service battalion scene.
