No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

2 cups sugar
4 tbsp cocoa
8 tbsp butter
½ cup milk
pinch salt
½ cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups oatmeal
½ cup chopped nuts

Combine sugar, cocoa, butter, milk and salt in large sauce pan. Bring to a boil.
Boil for 30 seconds stirring constantly cool. Add peanut butter to cooled mixture and mix well. Add vanilla, oatmeal and nuts and mix well. Drop by
teaspoonsful onto cookie sheets or waxed paper chill and serve.
