Nachos

What you will need:
500g  minced beef (or any other minced meat that you like)
250g bag of corn chips (I like the salsa ones)
1 cup of grated cheese
Tin of kidney beans (or baked beans)
Half an onion, diced
1 jar pasta sauce
1 tbs olive oil
Paprika
Tub of sour cream (optional)
 

What to do:
1.      Get your mommy or daddy, to heat the oil in frying pan
2.      Add the onion and brown
3.      Add mince and stir until browned and almost cooked.
4.      Add pasta sauce to mince and stir until boiling
5.      Reduce heat to a simmer, add kidney beans and heat through.
6.      Get out the plates you want to serve the nachos up on and arrange the corn chips on the plate so that it evenly covers the bottom of the plates with some extra so you can have some left over for after dinner snacks.
7.      Place the cooked mince mixture on top of the chips and then sprinkle with the grated cheese and a touch of paprika (it’s ground pepper, so too much will make it really hot), and place in oven.
8.      Grill until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Remember to keep an eye on it at this stage, as cheese burns really quickly and tastes YUCK!
9.      Remove from oven, top with sour cream if you like it, and enjoy
