- Put dry ingredients in food processor bowl and pulse to mix.
- While machine is running, drizzle in the oil
- Drizzle in water only until dough forms a ball that is slamming around the machine.
- Remove dough from machine and knead by hand for a couple of minutes until it is soft but somewhat elastic.
- Make it into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and let raise for 1 hour or until double
- Divide dough into two balls and shape each into a pizza (let it rest if it fights you too much)
- Add toppings and bake at 500 for 8-10 min or until golden brown.
