skinless boneless chicken breasts |
- Whisk together first 6 ingredients
- Add chicken and marinate 20 minutes in fridge
- Remove chicken fom marinade and grill until done

| Chicken Brochettes w/Red Bell Peppers & Feta |

chopped fresh rosemary |

boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" cubes |

large red bell peppers cut into 1" pieces |
- mix everything but chicken and bell pepper in processor
- marinade for 30 minutes on counter
- alternate chicken and pepper on skewers
- broil or grill until done (3-4 min per side)

- place chicken in shallow glass dish or zip-lock bag
- mix remaining ingredients, pour over chicken, cover/close and refridgerate
- marinade at least an hour (flipping chicken occasionally)
- remove chicken from marinade and bake at 350 until done
