TEXTBOOKS:
Hal Leonard's Adult Piano Method Books 1 & 2
The beginning class uses Book 1; the intermediate class uses book 2.
Cost of textbooks are included in the $175 fee - you do not need to purchase books.
INSTRUMENT:
It is highly recommended to own or have easy access to a piano or electric keyboard. If you are unsure of what or where to rent or purchase an instrument please contact us. We will do our best to help you with the decision process.
ABSENCE POLICY:
You may arrange for a make up lesson or receive a copy of the class lesson plan which you will miss by emailing [email protected] or calling (402)472-2032. Make-up lessons will be taught by one of the CPE instructors. Make-up lessons cost an additional $25 per 45 minute lesson.
UNIVERSITY CREDIT:
CPE may not be taken for university class credit at UNL.
REFUND POLICY for FALL 2008:
If you register, but cannot attend, you may receive a full refund by contacting the Registration office before August 22nd, 2008.
Cancellations after August 22nd will be assessed a $30 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after classes begin. Contact the registration office by phone at (402)472-2032 or by email at [email protected]
CAN WE BEGIN AFTER THE CLASS HAS STARTED?
Yes, if there is room left in the class and you are comfortable missing the first few classes. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will provide additional guidance.
PRIVATE PIANO LESSONS:
Do you want to take piano lessons, but do not want to learn in a group environment? Or, would you like to take piano lessons, but the CPE schedule does not work for you? Contact us and we will refer you to a qualified piano instructor.
CPE is a Non-Profit Organization.
