When it pops up, it means that that particular page of lyrics is about as exact as we can get them. This means that live lyrics are the actual lyrics sung, not just the lyrics to the studio version of that song, etc. The album or song has been listened to and the lyrics have been transcribed off the recording. The two main limitations to this method are the transcribers hearing and the original source material (lyrics) they use. If that makes any sense. In other words, they might not be 100% perfect, but they're about as good as it gets.
