BELGRADE, Yugoslavia, Oct. 6 (UPI) Two missiles fired exploded early Wednesday outside the hospital in the Serbian-dominated part of Mitrovica but there were no casualties or damage, Belgrade radio B2-92 reported.

Angry at the blasts and an incident in the ethnic Albanian suburb of Supkovac Tuesday in which a Serb was killed and 17 others injured, hospital department heads decided later in the morning to suspend until further notice all talks with international organizations. The talks had aimed to resolve a crisis that arose last week when Serbs, evicted from the post office and bakery by Albanians in Mitrovica's southern sector, blocked Albanian medical staff from entering the hospital.

In Tuesday's clash, hundreds of ethnic Albanians attending a funeral attacked a convoy of two cars and a truck with Serbs on board. A petrol bomb was thrown at a Russian armored personnel carrier escorting the convoy.

The unidentified Serb fatality was reported to have been stoned to death.

French U.N. police interfered in the melee and at least 13 policemen were injured including their commander Claude Ricker, French sources confirmed to the Beta news agency.
