SKOPJE - The drama in Kosovo and Metohija and the sufferring of the non-Albanian population have been created by KFOR and various humanitarian organizations, Skopje weekly Start has said commenting the latest developments in Serbia's southern province.

Start said that just like a well-trained team, KFOR received the mandate from the United Nations to secure peace in Kosovo and Metohija, but is in fact helping only the ethnic Albanians, especially the members of the terrorist KLA, to keep the province ethnically pure of non-Albanians.

It is hard to believe that in question is the powerlessness of the peace forces, rather one could speak about KFOR's intention not to oppose the ethnic Albanian terror, Start said pointing out that violence and lawlessness now prevail in Kosovo and Metohija.

The government of the VMRO-DPMNE party, headed by Ljupco Georgijevski, is still not concerned that tens of thousands of ethnic Albanians, who arrived from Kosovo and Metohija in the summer, remain in Macedonia along its western border. The police are aware of their existence and that they are living with ethnic Albanian families, but nothing is being done to get rid of them, the Skopje paper said.

At the same time, Macedonia refuses to give refuge to Romanies fleeing the ethnic Albanian terror in Kosovo and Metohija, Start said.
