BELGRADE, Yugoslavia, Sept. 25 (UPI) Six people have been killed and several wounded or kidnapped in Kosovo in the past three days, said the Serbian sponsored Center for Peace and Tolerance in Pristina, independent Belgrade radio stations reported today.
The Center said those killed include a six-month-old Serbian baby burned by a group of ethnic Albanian extremists in Prizren on Thursday.
Three people of Serbian, Macedonian and Albanian nationality were also killed in Prizren. A Serb was kidnapped in the center of the town.
KFOR, the international peacekeeping NATO-led force, was quoted today as saying that the body of a Serb with a number of stab wounds was discovered southeast of Pristina on Friday night. KFOR also said that in a separate incident a Serb was killed and four other Serbs were wounded when they came under fire from unknown persons in an ambush near the village of Ajnovce, 4 miles (7 km) northwest of Kosovska Kamenica.
