GENEVA -- Following NATO's brutal attack on Yugoslavia, alliance member states have continued their aggression through different means including economic and propaganda war as well as underground war through subversive actions, Ambassador Branko Brankovic, head of Yugoslavia's U.N. mission in Geneva, said Monday.

Brankovic presented at a news conference held at Geneva's Palais des Nations the Yugoslav Foreign Ministry's White Book Vol. II.

He said that the White Book made it possible to learn the truth about terrible and brutal consequences of NATO's aggression on Yugoslavia, and about the most morbid and most massively conceived crime against humanity committed on the eve of a new century.

He said that this had been nothing but a brutal attempt to impose the so-called new world order which he said violated the law and the right to sovereignty and independence.

By using as a pretext the prevention of an alleged humanitarian disaster in the Yugoslav republic of Serbia's Kosovo and Metohija province, NATO aimed to occupy Yugoslavia, destroy its armed forces, oust its legally-elected authorities and turn the entire country into its basis.
