Pristina, August 14 (Tanjug).- If the genocidal activities of ethnic Albanian terrorists and secessionists in Serbia's Kosovo-Metohija province are not halted, the province will shortly be emptied of its non ethnic Albanian inhabitants, President of the Reform Democratic Party of Albanians (RDPA) Sokol Cuse told Tanjug.
Since the arrival of international peacekeepers KFOR in the province, ethnic Albanian terrorists have killed about 250 Serbs, Gypsies, ethnic Turks and ethnic Albanians who reject the deadly policy of the self-styled "KLA" leaders, Cuse said.
Despite KFOR's presence, terrorists have already expelled all Gypsies from the province, as well as over 180,000 Serbs. A similar fate lies in store for ethnic Turks, as 13 were killed and 16 families were expelled from Prizren in ten days, Cuse said.
President of the youngest party of Kosovo Albanians, condemning the crimes which are being carried out by the terrorists on all innocent non-Albanian citizens on all the territory of Kosovo and Metohia, stressed that ethnic Albanians who do not share the views of the "KLA" leader Hashim Taci and his followers are also victimized. 12 most eminent persons of the 6,000 RDPA members in Prizren were abducted and three of them killed.
Members of KFOR found the body of Azem Sula, Skender Salihu and Redzep Meidani, Sadik Luka - President of our party in Djakovica was expelled, and six eminent members were killed.
Six RDPA members were killed in Djakovica, two were killed and 10 were reported missing in Kosovska Mitrovica, nine disappeared in Pristina and 12 were reported missing in Pec, Cuse said. 13 members were hijacked in Gnjilane, and all of them are intellectuals, who are the majority members of RDPA.
Muamer Saliaka, one of the founder of RDPA, and one of most eminent citizens of the commune was brutally murdered. The "KLA" is cracking down on all Kosovo-Metohija inhabitants who reject the idea of independence, Cuse said. According to the RDPA, Taci is supported by only 10 percent of ethnic Albanians in the province.Taci has much bigger influence and control over the Albanians from Albania than on Kosovo Albanians.
He is therefore trying to maintain tension with KFOR and to harass and blackmail ethnic Albanians in order to keep his leadership. He will lose this position when law and order are restored in Kosovo-Metohija, Cuse said.
Kosovo Albanians can't be lead by a person like Hashim Taci, because his "option of war and ethnically clean Kosovo" is not popular among the majority of Albanian citizens in southern Serbian province. When conditions for democratic parties' actions get to be made, under the auspices of the UNMIK, I am convinced, said Cuse, RDPA, Rugova's DPK and other democratic parties of Kosovo Albanians will win Taci and his future party. However, there will be no transformation of KLA into the military party, thinks Cuse. A huge number of Taci's followers refuse to put the weapon away, because they are not ready yet to give up robbing. This will discredit Taci and eliminate him from the political scene, said Cuse.
