pain medicine, can't imagine when people in the past had no pain meds
woo hoo! all _4_ brake lites are working on son's car!
room on the credit card to pay the real estate tax
2 company plants combined - husband still has job, so far

good dental check-up
got lots of good sales at the groceries
all the fireworks people are doing that I can see from my picture window
pleasant weather - open windows

my first glimpse of the moon in early evening=golden moon on a periwinkle sky
rocking chair lawn chair picked up at yardsale cheap
such an incredibly pleasant nite to sit out and watch fireworks, so pleasant
rain to lull me to sleep

good music
comedy
me on my side
fresh air to remove stale brain patterns
(breath in/breath out, out with old/in with new, etc)

the smell of home-made sugar cookies in the oven, made for fruit pizza base
lilies blooming in my little weedy garden
childhood memories of catching minows in a babbling brook
feeling healthy

better sleep patterns
bird songs in my back yard
room in our lifestyle to cut things out and help the budget
free reading from our trip to the library

able to do a little work in the yard
comforting sound of drizzly rain
rediscovering that doing dishes by hand is a great time to think
discovering I had shorts that fit me - woo hoo!

rain softened dirt, that released it's weeds easily!

fixing broken light socket in garage/laundry room

finding creative ways to save money
long outside waterhoses

still enjoying my outdoor birdsongs coming thru my window screens!

4 new flowers to plant, sale priced at only 99cents each 4"pot
an enjoyable hour in a large plant nursery
wonderful home shows on tv
solitude..sometimes lonely, other times like this...heavenly

a package came that I've been waiting on since May 26!
my prescription made it thru the mail-in system in 2 days-before it expired!
cool shampooed wet hair when it's hot
tranquil nite sounds to sleep by coming in my window

grateful that each day is a new hope

grateful that God sees me, when others don't
July 15
grateful to have son return home after a week away
grateful we had the skill to put in new light fixture, after ONLY 3 hours of trying!
grateful it isn't hotter than what it is
grateful to find cheaper products I like as well as what I used to buy

Glad to be getting out of bed some today (4 bad fibromyalgia crash days)
Glad I don't work so I can fall on my face tomorrow if I need to (not kidding)
Glad for days to feel better
Glad we didn't have any storm damage

being up from bed most of today
having a month to decide how to handle a crisis
the way nite air seems more soothing
unexpected gladiolas that came up this year

rain that watered my flowers last night
hope staying alive inside me
having energy again
fresh healthy salads

finding a great new doctor who really cares about his patients!
making small progress with our many car problems
the extreme heat doesn't seem to be bothering me!
how refreshing taking a cool shower is in the summer

getting the tax rebate
reading in bed
one morning glory seed finally coming up
finding that becoming more responsible about money can feel great! :)

feeling strong & able
the wonderful way it feels when you know you did a good job at something
cool breezes from fans
hundreds of Queen Anne's Lace ruffling my yard's edges

the chance to make a big dinner w/dessert for my son & husband
new things to study
finally getting all I need to complete important paperwork
cold showers when it's hot

waking up and feeling joy
feeling blessed
refreshing 'off' days spent just enjoying the wonder of life
