| Wicker basket - string of 25 indoor mini lights - pine cones - things to decorate your basket (examples: Santa, teddy bears, trees, candy canes, little wrapped gifts, animals, gold jingle bells etc...) - glue gun |

| Step 1) Line the bottom of the basket with pine cones, now take the end of the string of lights that does NOT have the plug and slowly begin to glue your lights in place so they just poke out above the pine cones. (if your wicker basket is like mine and is a little deeper you will need to add more than one layer of pine cones to start.) Step 2) As you add your string of lights into the basket add more cones to separate the lights (glueing them as you go along) Make sure you leave the plug outside the basket. Step 3) Once you are satisfied with the placement of the pine cones and the lights, begin to add your decorations to make your winter scene. This is a cute little craft idea, and you will be very pleased with your work when you see it plugged in.. |
